Children make the future of our great country and educating them is the way to ensure that it prospers in the future. Help2Educate focuses on programs that can give underprivileged children a fair shot at gaining knowledge and developing their skills from an early age. We train them for skills that will benefit them in the future such as using a computer or learning English. We also provide them with educational supplies such as notebooks and stationery to ensure that they will have a way to retain the information they receive during their education.

Our goals with these children include:

• Provide educative training in essential subjects like English, Mathematics, Science, and Computer Literacy
• Provide educational supplies and stationery
• Help them develop extracurricular talents and explore future career options in their field of interest

We offer this training in our bridge school program which sends trainers to government schools with underprivileged children.

Our Reasons

Over the past several decades, technological developments have altered the way we think about education. It isn’t simply enough for children to complete their education with good marks, but they also need to be proficient in the relevant industrial skills needed today. Without these skills, despite completing their board education, they might remain unemployed.

The most common skills needed in today’s world for success are computer skills and proficiency in the English language. These set the foundation of joining today’s workforce as a respectable employee and becoming a contributing member of society.

While children in private schools and urban areas get access to all the resources necessary for acquiring these skills, our government schools in rural areas are underdeveloped to meet this demand. As a result, Help2Educate hopes to make a difference by providing these children with the right information and training to build their skills to a high level.

Our goal is to create a land of equal opportunity for all students irrespective of their financial background. While this goal is indeed a noble one, it does not come easy or cheap. Your contribution can go a long way to aid Help2Educate Foundation with financial donations that will help us provide these underprivileged children with the resources that they need for a brighter future.

Our current donation options include:

One Month’s Skill Training

We have tutors willing to teach essential subjects and skills including English, Computers, Science, Mathematics, and extra-curricular skills to batches of 30 poor children in our bridge school programs. Our only expense in this program is the salary of the tutors since we utilize existing government schools for the classes.

You can help pay for their salary for one month and ensure smooth education and skill training for 30 children.

Notebooks for 10 Children

There are many underprivileged students who cannot afford to buy notebooks for themselves to retain the information they receive. Your donation can help provide four notebooks for ten such children and ensure that they can get a fair chance at their future.

Donations – Health

Help2Educate realizes that a sound mind can only live in a healthy body. This means that we cannot hope to accomplish our goal of educating underprivileged children if we aren’t able to provide them access to proper nutrition and essential healthcare services. We also host programs with the goal to provide these children and their families with the knowledge and supplies needed to maintain their everyday health, surrounding sanitation, and personal hygiene. This would not only protect them from easily preventable diseases, but also ensure that the children can spend more time focusing on their career than being unwell, tired, or hungry.

Our goals with the program are:

• Provide orphan and underprivileged children with healthy and nutritious food that can help them grow into healthy adults
• Run health camp programs in Government schools to educate & counsel rural people on common diseases, health issues, and hygiene.
• Give them essential clothing, shelter, nutritional supplements, and medicines

Doing so will allow us to save several lives which are lost to preventable diseases in underdeveloped parts of our country.

As of now, we have 35 children in our hostel and our program is meant to benefit them.

Our Reasons

It isn’t easy to maintain a healthy lifestyle even for people with money and access to medical facilities, gyms, and nutritional food. The obstacles in doing so increase tenfold as you move down below the poverty line. There is an incredibly high number of children and women in India who are categorized with malnutrition.

Not only does this cause a rise in child mortality for those under the age of 5, but also brings the about early onset of chronic diseases caused by a lack of essential nutrients in their diets.

As per recent surveys, over 40% of all children in India under the age of 5 lack essential nutrients in their diet. They are classified as underweight and have a high risk of dying early or succumbing to dangerous and chronic diseases that can affect them for the rest of their lives.

How You Can Help

Our goal is to provide these underprivileged children with 3 proper meals each day and ensure that they get the nutrients they need to become healthy adults. We provide them well-balanced meals with food groups like rice, idli, roti, puri, and milk. Along with these essential carbohydrates, our meals also include vital veggies and fruits that will keep the children healthy.

With your contribution, we can organize regular health camps such as the one in the remote Halbarga Village in Bidar district, which benefited over 120 children and their parents from a population of 2000 people in all.

Three Meals a Day for One Child for One Month

Your donation will be utilized for providing three nutritional meals a day for one child for a whole month. This will help us provide them with essentials like milk and fruits to develop their growing bodies and boost mental health as well. Your donations also contribute to their shelter and clothing.

Most NGOs maintain a general and corpus fund. The general fund is not earmarked money. It is a reimbursement of expenses incurred from the NGO’s own resources that no donor is covering administrative costs usually fall under an NGO general fund expenses).  General fund donations are an important source of money to NGOs as it helps them meet expenses critical to their work.
